Performance Highlights:
-
Density and Flowability:
- Mass Density of 0.954 g/cm³ ensures excellent structural integrity, making HF-4760 ideal for small blow-molded containers and bottles.
- The Melt Flow Rate (5.0 kg) of 1.2 g/10 min and Melt Flow Rate (21.6 kg) of 23 g/10 min indicate superior flowability, enabling consistent and efficient mold filling during production.
-
Mechanical Strength:
- Stress at Yield (26 MPa) and Stress at Break (32 MPa) ensure high mechanical strength and durability under physical stress.
- Flexural Creep Modulus (1300 MPa) and Tensile Modulus (1250 MPa) contribute to the material’s impressive stiffness and resistance to deformation.
-
Elongation and Impact Strength:
- With Elongation at Break >600%, HF-4760 can withstand significant stretching, making it durable for blow molding applications.
- Impact Strength (10 kJ/m² at 23°C) ensures resistance to physical shocks, making it reliable for demanding use cases.
-
Thermal Stability:
- The resin softens at 77°C, tolerates brittle temperatures below -80°C, and has high resistance to environmental stress and cracking (5 hours under full notch conditions).
-
Surface and Durability:
- Shore D Hardness (62) provides a robust surface finish suitable for blow-molded and packaged products.
- 100% Swell Ratio ensures dimensionally stable, high-quality output.
